I am an experienced Chartered Building Engineer and Surveyor with over 35 year's experience with a broad range of experience covering both commercial and domestic properties.
I have worked in Building Control for a number of different Councils so understand some of the frustrations people feel when trying to work their way through the process of obtaining approval or planning permission for building work at their home.
So let me take away the pain of dealing with these departments. I will work directly with both your Architects and the relevant Councils to smooth the way to getting your building work approved.
It doesn't matter how large or small your project is, let me quote for making your life that little bit easier. With one less thing for you to worry about, you can concentrate on the important aspects of your project that only you can do (like what colour you want the walls painting!)
